I have not used or checked this calculation in detail but I see that it uses the XLC addin to renders mathematical equations from excel cell formula. So checking the rendered equations against those in the standard provides a very useful check in itself.

I have awarded a free 6 month Extension to your XLC Pro subscription by way of thanks. I did notice that the formula in cell D219 refers to cell AE211 which is empty and has no XLC name. Thus the formulas show #CellAE211 not named #.
