Description
Dl is the distance from the low pole to the low point of the catenary curve. A negative value means that the low point is outside the span.
a is the catenary constant (horizontal tension / weight of the cable)
W is the weight of the cable in pounds per foot
Tension is the horizontal tension in pounds
