These are functions used by the XLC addin for Excel - you need to download and install this for many of the repository files to work. [Download XLC](/404/)

When opened with Excel 2004 on my Mac this shows name error for cells c6, d6, c9 and d9.
OVD, EQS & UND do not appear to be valid functions or names.
